Our Mascot
Why a unicorn? At the Thymic Carcinoma Center, we embrace the unicorn as our symbolic mascot. Just like thymic carcinoma, unicorns are known for their rarity and uniqueness. As one of the rarest types of thymic cancer, thymic carcinoma is often referred to as a "thoracic zebra." The unicorn represents the resilience, strength, and hope that our community embodies as we bravely persevere in the face of this uncommon challenge.
Our Ribbon
The Thymic Carcinoma ribbon stands out with its unique blend of orange and purple, representing the complexity of the disease and its diverse impact on individuals. This dual-color ribbon serves as a symbol of unity, reminding us that no one's journey through thymic carcinoma follows a linear path, but through support and togetherness, no one has to walk it alone.

At the Thymic Carcinoma Center (TCC), hope is at the heart of everything we do. The sunflower, with its vibrant and uplifting demeanor, was chosen as our official flower because it beautifully symbolizes our core value of hope in the face of adversity.
